Many university routes ask for Level 3 qualifications. International A Levels usually concentrate achievement into subject examinations. The BTEC Extended Diploma covers a comparable volume of study through one substantial Business qualification.

You do not “get three A Levels”.
You earn the Pearson BTEC International Level 3 Extended Diploma in Business. Pearson defines it as equivalent in size to three International A Levels: a statement about the scale and volume of the qualification. Recognition and entry grades still depend on the university and degree.
