Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the UK BTEC Online website and services. By using our website or enrolling in our programme, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

UK BTEC Online provides online tuition and support for the Pearson BTEC International Level 3 Extended Diploma in Business. Students complete assignment-based units over two years with support from UK-qualified teachers. The qualification is awarded by Pearson, subject to the confirmed registration and delivery arrangements explained before enrolment.

2. Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed upon completion of the enrolment form and receipt of the first payment. Students must be aged 16 or over. English proficiency at a level sufficient to complete written coursework is required.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees are as listed on our pricing page. Payment options include monthly, 6-monthly, annual, or full-course upfront. All prices are in GBP. Late payments may result in suspension of access to lessons and teacher support. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of initial enrolment.

4. Student Responsibilities

• Complete and submit written reports according to the provided schedule
• Attend live lessons or catch up with recordings
• Maintain academic integrity — all work must be the student's own
• Communicate with teachers professionally and promptly

5. Our Responsibilities

• Provide UK-qualified teacher support throughout the programme
• Deliver structured feedback on written reports
• Conduct live lessons with recordings available for catch-up
• Provide university progression support including references
• Issue a Pearson Edexcel BTEC certificate upon successful completion

6. Academic Integrity

All submitted work must be the student's own. Plagiarism, AI-generated submissions presented as original work, or any form of academic dishonesty will result in the report being rejected and may lead to dismissal from the programme. We follow Pearson Edexcel's academic integrity policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

UK BTEC Online is not responsible for university admission outcomes. While we provide progression support, final admission decisions rest with individual universities. The qualification is delivered in partnership with Pearson Edexcel; we act as the teaching provider, not the awarding body.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Monthly plans may be cancelled with 30 days notice. Annual and full-course plans may be cancelled within 14 days of initial enrolment for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are pro-rated based on time elapsed. Refund requests must be made in writing to rhys.coombes@gmail.com.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Students will be notified of material changes via email.
